NA-154 Lodhran by-election today

BAHAWALPUR: The by-election in NA-154 Lodhran will be held today (Wednesday) with Siddique Khan Baloch of the PML-N and Jahangir Khan Tareen of the PTI as the main contestants. The polling will start at 8am and continue till 5pm without any interval at the 303 polling stations established in the constituency.
According to the ECP, there are about 425,000 registered voters in the constituency. Army and police would provide security at the polling stations and also ensure free, fair and transparent voting process.
Around 1200 police officers and officials left for Lodhran Tuesday to perform security duty during the NA-154 bye- polls. The police officials were sent from police lines Multan, said a statement.
