Healthcare in Malir
By News Desk
December 23, 2015
The absence of proper government hospitals in Malir has created problems for the residents of the district. Some time back, a large number of policemen were injured in a bomb blast near Razzaqabad, but they had to be taken to Jinnah Hospital, which was quite far away. Some of these policemen succumbed to their injuries because of the amount of time it was taking to reach the hospital.
Had there been any proper hospital in Malir, such an incident could have been avoided and lives could have been saved. I am requesting the Sindh government to establish a hospital in the Malir district on a priority basis.
