Demo against gas loadshedding

HAFIZABAD: Women and children staged a demonstration against unscheduled loadshedding of gas here on Monday.
They were chanting slogans against the SNGPL. They said that they were facing numerous problems due to the gas loadshedding. They have demanded the high-ups concerned take steps to end the loadshedding.
GANG BUSTED: City police busted a gang of woman thieves here.
Rukhsana was shopping in a market when Nazia Bibi of Mandi Bahauddin, Fatima of Lahore, Kalsoom, Ruqqiya Bibi of Lahore and Razia of Chiniot allegedly stole Rs 45,000 from her purse. However, the shopkeepers caught the accused. Later, they were handed over to police. During interrogation, the gang members confessed that they had been committing crimes in different districts for a long time.
