If you are lucky, all utility bills are dropped simultaneously at your doorstep so you can deposit them in one trip to the bank. However, more often than not, these bills are dropped with long intervals between each other.
If utility bills are issued and collected on a bi-monthly basis, it will simplify the process for everybody involved.
