LAHORE: The Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education Department (SHC&MED) has imposed a major penalty of dismissal from service on Dr Hamid Mukhtar Butt, medical officer (BS-17), Services Hospital, Lahore, who was already under suspension, under Punjab Employees Efficiency Discipline and Accountability (PEEDA) Act 2006, with immediate effect.
