New political party formed in Chitral
CHITRAL: A new political party was launched here on Wednesday to help resolve the issues being faced by the people of the two districts.
Speaking at a press conference, founding chairman of the party Shahzada Ibrahim said that the need for the establishment of the party was the need of the hour.
He said that the Pamir Wisdom Party would actively take part in the local government election and the next general election to help remove the sense of deprivation among the people of Chitral. He said that the party would spare no effort to work for the uplift of the hitherto neglected areas in Chitral. Shahzada Ibrahim said that the party would award tickets to such candidates, who had the ability to deliver on pledges and serve the people wholeheartedly.
He said the local people had been voting for such political parties that were based outside Chitral and their leadership had no clue about the issues being faced by Chitralis. He announced that Hameed Ali Shah would be interim president of the party and he would help organize the new political entity at the grassroots.
