FAISALABAD: Senior journalist and correspondent of The News in Faisalabad, Sardar Mohammad Akhtar, passed away on Tuesday. People from all walks of life attended funeral prayer for the departed soul. Commissioner Saqib Manan and Deputy Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Ali expressed deep sorrow over his demise. Meanwhile, a condolence meeting was also held at the Divisional Information Office and a prayer was offered for the late journalist.
