Abbottabad used to be one of the most beautiful cities of Pakistan. Today, this statement is totally irrelevant for residents of the city as they see no industrial growth, no tourism and no agriculture. These people, on the other hand, have to bear chaotic traffic jam on its main artery. The road is under repair for almost a year, and its completion is nowhere near. Abbottabad used to be the most beautiful hill resort. It is now overcrowded and congested. It is still unclear what exactly the government and the local administration have planned to do with the city.
Although the PTI-led government is pitched against all economic odds, solutions to Abbottabad problems are not that intricate. It only requires making the administration responsible of its duties. It seems that the administration doesn’t care about the deteriorating condition of the once beautiful Abbottabad. Is there anyone out there to take notice of this situation?
