DASKA: Locals were deprived of cash and gold on Monday. In the area of Satra police, Sohail Ahmed of Gujranwala was intercepted by robbers when he was going to Pasrur in his car and was deprived of Rs 1,200,000.
In the area of Sadr police, Muhammad Saqlain and his sister were going to home from Daska, when two dacoits intercepted them and snatched Rs 7,000, gold ornaments and a cell phone.
MAN INJURED: A man was inflicted injuries over a petty issue in the area of Satra police on Monday.
Imran was heading to a shop, when Rafique, Imran, Shafique, Rehana Bibi and their two accomplices intercepted him and inflicted injuries on him. He was shifted to civil hospital.
ARRESTED: Satra police Monday arrested an accused on the charges of aerial firing. The police arrested Muhammad Khalil, who was firing in the air despite ban on the firing.
