Man injured by rivals From Our Correspondent OKARA: A man was injured by his rivals here. Manzoor Ahmad, Zafar Iqbal and Javed Iqbal were going to their fields when Maula Dad, Nawaz, Umer Daraz, Jehangir, Allah Yar, Fateh Muhammad, Mehboob, Nadeem, Arif and their 11 accomplices allegedly opened fire at them. As a result, Manzoor Ahmad was seriously injured. Gogera police have registered a case. THREE BROTHERS BOOKED: Depalpur police booked three brothers for stealing two cattle from the farm of former Defence Minister Rao Sikandar Iqbal. Muhammad Latif, Muhammad Nadeem and Muhammad Azam allegedly stole the cattle from the farm of Rao Sikandar Iqbal. The case has been registered on the report of Atif Sikandar. A veterinary officer raided the shop of Sajid and caught him red-handed while selling the dead meat. DRUG PUSHER HELD: Basirpur police arrested a drug pusher with 1,520 gram charas. Police raided and arrested Ghulam Murtaza with charas. A case has been registered.
