10 injured in clash between PTI, PML-N men From Our Correspondent JHANG: Ten workers were injured in a clash between PTI and PML-N men here on Sunday. Two workers of PML-N and PTI had exchanged harsh words with each other during electoral process in Ward-18 of the Jhang Municipal Committee and police controlled the situation on Saturday. The next morning, PML-N newly-elected councillor Zahid Pervez’s supporters were taking out a rally when they came face to face with PTI workers. It led to exchange of firing between them. As a result, 10 people, including PTI workers Aslam, Usman, Nadeem and Khurram, were injured. The injured were shifted to the DHQ Hospital from where Aslam was shifted to the Faisalabad Allied Hospital due to his critical condition. After the incident, PTI workers blocked Faisalabad Road and burnt tyres. They demanded immediate arrest of the accused. Meanwhile, police arrested 12 suspects and started investigation.
