Kidnapper held in Peshawar

PESHAWAR: The Counter-Terrorism Department Friday arrested an alleged kidnaper who was involved in kidnapping of two children for Rs 5 million ransom. A press release of the CTD said the force during an action in Buner had recovered the kidnapped kids while two kidnappers were also arrested. However, their third accomplice had managed to escape. The press release said the third accused Inam of Rustam, Mardan, was arrested on Friday.
