KARACHI: Pakistan’s professional boxer Mohammad Waseem will be looking to extend his winning spree when he faces Indonesian fighter Suparyanto Doglo in the second fight of his pro career in Bangkok on Saturday (tomorrow).
On October 4 this year, the 28-year-old Waseem made an impressive debut when he captured the Korean Boxing Commission (KBC) title by beating Korea’s Min Wook Lee in the ninth round in Incheon.
The win against the Indonesian will pave the way for Waseem to battle for regional titles in 2016, which include Pan Asian Boxing Association (PABA) title.
Waseem has been playing under the Korean-based AK Promotions for the last few months with Andy Kim as his promoter.
