Two killed in gas cylinder blast

Rawalpindi: Two young men were killed on Wednesday, while two others were wounded critically when a gas cylinder blew up in a scrap shop at Dheri Hassanabad, the ‘Rescue-1122’ said.
An explosion took place in a scrap shop of Sher Ali in Dheri Hassanabad near Arif Shah graveyard. According to eyewitnesses, a gas cylinder which was brought to the scrap shop suddenly exploded. Consequently, Sher Ali, 28, son of Haji Asghar; Ajmal, 27, son of Aetbar Gul (both cousins); Adnan, 30, son of Ghazanfer, and 6-year-old Roman, son of Raheemullah, sustained severe injuries and shifted to the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
However, Sher Ali, and Ajmal succumbed to their injuries during surgery in the hospital, while condition of two others was stated to be critical.
