Locals robbed of cash, valuables in 18 hits

GUJRANWALA: Locals were deprived of cash, vehicles and valuables on Tuesday in 18 hits in different areas of Gujranwala.
Madassar and his wife were intercepted by gunmen in Tatley Wali area and were deprived of Rs 17,000, gold ornaments and two cellphones.
Robbers intercepted Hamid and his wife and snatched Rs 35,000, gold ornaments and two cellphones.
In Sadr Kamoke police limits Hashim and his wife were deprived of gold ornaments, Rs 16,000 and two cellphones.
On Jinnah road robbers snatched Rs 3,000, gold ornaments and one cellphone from Robina.
Three dacoits entered the shop of Ghulam Muhammad and snatched Rs 5,000 and other valuable.
Shabir was deprived of Rs 16,000 and a cellphone by bandits in Sadar police station limits. Gunmen took away Rs 11,000 and one cellphone from Ashraf.
Robbers took away new motorcycle of Naveed in the Ferozwala area.
Pitras Masih was deprived of Rs 6,000 and a cellphone by dacoits in Cantt area.
Robbers took away Rs 7,000 and a cellphone from Zahid.
A car of Nawab Din was stolen. Motorcycles of Usama, Farhat, Naseeb Ullah, Syed Durab, Shahadat Ali, Shabbir and Ibrar were stolen from various parts of the city.
