UC vice-chairman candidate dies From Our Correspondent SIALKOT: A union council vice-chairman slot candidate Thursday died of cardiac arrest. Khalid Ali Chaudhry advocate, candidate for the slot of vice chairman of UC Water Works suffered a heart attack at his residence near Bohar Wala Chowk and was rushed to a local hospital where he died. He was also former president of District Bar Association Sialkot.
