CHAKWAL: Two women were thrashed and injured in separate cases at Mangwal village on Thursday.
Robeena Shaheen told the Neela police officials that accused Ashraf, Zahid, Zafar Iqbal, Sultan Khan, Assad Abbas, Haseeb Haider and Sajjad Haider entered her house and tortured and injured her and Kanwal Bibi over a dispute of a property.
In the second incident, Noor Bibi told the police that she was present at her farm when Ansar Mehmood, Arshad Mehmood, Zulfiqar Ali, Naqash Haider, Zameer Mehmood, Mrs Kanwal, Mrs Robeena and Mrs Batool arrived and started beating her with sticks over a litigation issue.
ASI Mujahid Iqbal registered the case against 14 people.
