Pilot patrol

In light of a series of fatal incidents involving commercial aircrafts regulated by the CAA, it is ridiculous to argue that psychiatric evaluations should only be done at the initial stage of recruitment.
It is also time to upgrade the basic minimum academic qualifications for pilot recruitments in commercial airlines to ensure a level of maturity and intellect in the candidate. This can be further verified through stringent tests and evaluations before formal inductions. If Palpa resists these changes and reforms, it is better to close down the airline rather than risk passenger lives.
