‘BCG injections available’

LAHOREThe Punjab Health Department has said BCG injections are available in abundance in the stores of EPI programme of Health Department. According to a handout issued here on Tuesday, the Health Department spokesman said that BCG routine immunisation is being carried out regularly for protecting the newborn babies from tuberculosis.

The Punjab Health Department has said BCG injections are available in abundance in the stores of EPI programme of Health Department. According to a handout issued here on Tuesday, the Health Department spokesman said that BCG routine immunisation is being carried out regularly for protecting the newborn babies from tuberculosis. He disclosed that 2380441 children have been vaccinated during current year of 2015.
