RAWALPINDI: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) on Wednesday postponed hearing into former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto’s assassination case till November 23.
Barrister Farogh Naseem, the lawyer of Pervaiz Musharraf, did not appear before the Court for completing the arguments on the petition regarding recording of statement on video link of Mark Siegel, an American Journalist.
However, Prosecutor Chaudhry Azhar has completed his arguments on the petition. ATC Judge Rai Muhammad Ayub Marth, giving last chance to the defendant to ensure their presence for completing arguments on the petition on the next date of hearing, postponed the case.
