GUJRANWALA: Robbers Monday shot dead a man for putting up resistance to a dacoity bid.
Alaf Noor was moving on a motorcycle near Pindi bypass, when three robbers intercepted him and snatched Rs100,000 and shot him dead when he put up resistance.

GUJRANWALA: Gunmen Monday snatched cash, gold ornaments, vehicles and other valuables from citizens in various areas on Gujranwala.
In Sadr police limits three robbers intercepted Akhlaq and his wife and snatched gold ornaments, Rs 20,000 and two cellphones from them.
Sadiq was deprived of his new motorcycle in the Sadr police limits.
In Qila Didar Singh dacoits snatched Rs 30,000 and three cellphones from Khalil.
In city Kamoki robbers took away Rs 9,000 and two cellphones from Shafaqat. At Alipur locality gunmen intercepted Habib and his wife and took away Rs 16,000, gold ornaments and two cellphones.
In Ahmednagar Hameed was deprived of Rs 10,000 and a cellphone. At Ferozwala robbers snatched Rs 32,000 and a cellphone.
At Gakharmandi robbers snatched Rs 15,000, a gold ring and a cellphone from Mohsin.
At Baghbanpura gunmen took away Rs 8,000 and a cellphone from Ali Haider.
Near Awan Chowk robbers took away motorcycle No GAL-1817 from Rauf.
Thieves stole new motorcycle of Shani from Garjakh, new motorcycle of Ehsan from outside Ahsan hospital, new motorcycle of Khurshid, new motorcycle of Ghulam Farid, new motorcycle of Usama from Kamoke, new motorcycle of Asif and new motorcycle of Haseeb.
