Provincial Minister for Finance Dr. Ayesha Ghaus Pasha has said that a delegation under her chairmanship will visit UK for reviewing opportunities of British investment in health, education, energy and infrastructure sectors in Punjab and improving trade relations with Britain.
She told this while presiding over a meeting at committee hall of Finance Department here Friday. Senior officers of Finance, Education, Health, Energy and Infrastructure were present.
The minister directed the officers to inform Ministry of Finance about ongoing and future projects in their respective departments and opportunity for foreign investment in them. Dr. Ayesha Ghaus Pasha said that the visit of delegation would prove to be a milestone for foreign investment in Pakistan as a result of which not only the economy of the country will strengthen but new job opportunities would be created.
