Talking while driving

A month ago, my uncle passed away as a result of a car accident. The cause of his accident, as reported by the police official, was negligent driving. The police report has mentioned that he was talking on his cell phone and this led to a lapse in his concentration. Eventually, he lost control of the car and crashed into a concrete pillar on the side of the road. His sudden demise has left the entire family in a state of shock and despair.
The use of cell phones while driving has propelled the ratio of road accidents. I urge the relevant authorities and fellow citizens to avoid this seemingly harmless action as it can lead to dangerous consequences.
