Fesco billing staff asked to improve performance

JHANG: Fesco Jhang division Executive Engineer Syed Saleem Shah has directed the SDOs and officials of the billing section to improve their performance regarding recovery of dues from the consumers.
Addressing a meeting here on Thursday, he said that recovery performance would be motioned in the annual evaluation report of the Fesco officials. He said that the Fesco high-ups were focusing on early recovery of dues to improve the Fesco system and infrastructure. He said that necessary steps should be taken by the staff so that the dues did not accumulate and the arrears did not become bad debts or time barred. He said that recovery position of the Fesco and Jhang division was comparatively better but required further improvement.
