Fee complaints

After the PM’s directives, the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) has opened a ‘grievances cell’ in the federal capital to address complaints regarding the high rate of school fees.
This is a good step. However, one wants to know if this cell is only for the residents of Islamabad or if any citizen/parents can approach it from any part of the country. The Sindh governor and chief minister are requested to open a similar cell in the province.
