Scholar heads to Vienna for second PhD
Islamabad: Dr. Muhammad Nasir Khan, faculty member of the Department of Education at International Islamic University, will be heading to Vienna (Austria) on October 31 to join University of Vienna for his second doctorate in social sciences, says a press release.He has recently completed his PhD in Education from IIU.
