FAISALABAD: The monitoring of Muharram security arrangements is being carried out with responsibility so that the law and order could be kept under control on Ashura.
This was said by CM Monitoring Team members Population Welfare Secretary Altaf Aizad and Punjab DIG Traffic Rana Muhammad Iqbal while inspecting the district control room at the DCO Office here. They minutely checked the process of monitoring the Muharram processions and Majalis security arrangements.
Later, they visited the Imambargah, Dhobi Ghat, and inspected the route of Ashura procession. They also visited Imambargah Bostan-e-Zehra and issued necessary directions to the staff for further strengthening the security arrangements.
