A judicial magistrate of Model Town courts on Thursday issued release orders of one Talha, son of DSP Lower Mall Naveed Irshad, considering his police detention illegal as the accused of hit and run case was already on interim bail at the time of his arrest. Police produced Talha, accused of killing Bilal, an employee of a private TV channel, in a car crash before the court of Judicial Magistrate Adnan Anjum Gondal.
