This refers to the letters, ‘Empty roar’ (October 11) by Sohail Maqbool and Engr S T Khan and ‘Verbal sobriety’ (October 11) by Dr Irfan Zafar. The writers have criticised Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid for calling Imran Khan a thief, etc.
The writers should have taken note of Imran Khan’s baseless allegations and his use of abusive language against the PML-N leadership, including the prime minister. It was Imran who introduced vitriolic and highly objectionable language in his political oration. The PML-N had only responded after an unending barrage of foul language by the PTI.
