Chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) Siddiq-ul-Farooq has said all the measures for the security of Sikh Yatrees, coming to Pakistan on the eve of 546th birthday of Baba Guru Nanak, have been finalised.
Chairing a meeting to finalise the plan about security, food, transportation and residence for Yatrees, Siddiq-ul-Farooq said providing foolproof security to visiting guests was the priority of the Board adding all the stakeholders had been taken on board regarding these arrangements.
According to a press release issued on Tuesday, he said the Sikh Yatrees would reach Pakistan next month on November 20 and spend a week here. It is our duty to facilitate the visiting guests either they come from India or anywhere else, Farooq said hoping India would also facilitate the Sikh guests who wanted to come to Pakistan in November.
