HARIPUR: Four more persons, including three from the same family of Khalabat Township were tested positive, health department sources said here on Sunday. According to Dr Sher Bahadur, in-charge Rapid Response Team of health department, the samples of three of family members of a paramedic from Khanpur Tehsil Headquarters Hospital who was earlier tested positive three days back, were collected and sent to Ayub Medical Complex Abbottabad. According to findings of the report received to the office of DHO Haripur, the three immediate contacts of the paramedic from the same family were tested corona positive.
While a retired employee of Prison Department from Muhallah Afzal Abad was also tested positive, Dr Sher Bahadur said, adding that with fresh three cases the total numbers of infected patients from Khalabat Township alone have increased to 10 while total numbers of corona positive in the district have risen to 22.
