Daharki links

The communication system in the Daharki city of the Ghotki district is on the verge of collapse owing to the roads there that are riddled with potholes, cracks and bumpy asphalt band-aids. Link roads that connect the city with several nearby villages have almost eroded, causing accidents – at times fatal.
Moreover, link roads that were constructed recently have developed cracks and there are signs of entire roads caving in. This shows that contractors have not utilised funds properly and there is an element of corruption that needs to be probed by the authorities concerned.
