India continues to violate LoC
RAWALPINDI: Two civilians in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) and a soldier of Pakistan Army were martyred as the Indian troops continued to ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC).
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian army initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation in Kailer and Rakhchikri sectors along LoC.
In Kailer sector, the Indian troops targeted the Pakistan Army posts with automatic and heavy weapons.
The Pakistan Army responded effectively resulting in heavy losses to Indian troops in men and material. During exchange of intense fire, Lance Naik Ali Baz, aged 34 years, resident of district Kara, embraced Shahadat.
In Rakchikri sector, Indian Army troops deliberately targeted civilian population. Due to indiscriminate fire in Kirni village, a 16-year-old girl and 52-year-old woman were martyred, while a 10-year-old boy and 55-year-old woman were injured.
