SUKKUR: The special bench of the Sindh High Court Circuit Bench, Sukkur, will announce its reserved decision on April 22 regarding the bail application of Syed Khursheed Shah, his two wives, sons, nephew and 18 other accomplices in a corruption reference of Rs1.23 billion.
The SHC had issued notices to the concerned parties. The NAB had arrested Khursheed Shah seven months ago in an investigation of assets beyond known income and later filed a corruption reference of Rs1.23 billion. Khursheed Shah was being treated at the NICVD Hospital, Sukkur, due to cardiac complaint for the past seven months.
