A man was wounded in a firing incident near Jhangvi Chowk in Baldia Town on Monday. Rescuers reached the scene and transported 55-year-old Khursheed, son of Yaqoob, to the Civil Hospital for medical attention. According to the Ittehad Town police, the incident took place when two men riding a motorcycle shot and injured Khursheed when he put up resistance. The assailants fled the scene after shooting the man.
