FAISALABAD: Tje Body of a missing boy was found from a deserted location in the area of Dijkot police on Saturday.According to a police spokesman, seven-year-old Faizan was playing in the street outside his house in Chak 261/RB from where he went missing.
His body was found lying at a deserted place near wheat crops fields.
RPO reviews implementation on Section 144: Regional Police Officer (RPO) Riffat Mukhtar Raja Saturday visited various parts of the city to review implementation on Section 144 imposed due to coronavirus pandemic.
He also checked security at various points and directed the security officers to beef up security of the Ehsaas Programme points. He directed the police to ensure implementation on lockdown and Section 144 in true letter and spirit. He also directed the police men to adopt preventive and precautionary measures against corona virus besides providing safe and secured atmosphere to lives and properties of the people. He further issued directions to accelerate efforts of arrest of criminals.
Corona safety kits: The Red Crescent) Society Faisalabad has provided corona safety kits to Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) Police Faisalabad region here Saturday.
Red Crescent Society Faisalabad District Coordinator Dr Babar Dogar handed over the safety kits to SSP Patrolling Police Ch Farooq Ahmad Hundal in a formal meeting and said that these kits would help save the patrolling Jawans from corona threat. SSP Patrolling thanked Dr Babar and said that Patrolling Police were performing duties at front line for war against corona virus pandemic and this practice would continue till complete elimination of this threat.
