Revenue Dept official held

LAKKI MARWAT: A team of Anti-Corruption Establishment, Lakki Marwat, arrested an official of Revenue Department for incurring loss on government kitty by tampering with the revenue record.
ACE Circle Officer, Shahid Adnan, said on Tuesday that Tehsildar Shah Nawaz had tampered with the revenue record and causing losses to government exchequer during posting in Lakki Marwat.
“By tampering with the record the official now posted in Banda Daud Shah in
Karak, had also deprived one Naushad Khan of preemption right (Haq-e-Shufa)”, he maintained.
He said that the arrested tehsildar was sent to jail after special judge anti-corruption, Bannu, Arshad Kalim Khan cancelled his bail application.
