SUKKUR: Two people including a girl and a boy were killed in Shikarpur after the girl's family refused the proposal by the alleged killer. The police accused Jawed Luhar of killing his cousin Laila and her alleged friend Faiz Muhammad Luhar while accusing them of illicit relations and escaped. The parents of the deceased girl dismissed the allegations against their daughter and told the police that Jawed Luhar had killed their daughter after they refused his proposal.
