Arguments sought on cybercrime accused’s bail plea

Lahore: An additional district and sessions court on Wednesday summoned the parties for arguments on a bail application moved by a cybercrime accused. According to the details, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had arrested one Riaz on charges of uploading obscene pictures of a girl on the social media.
The accused after his arrest moved the court for bail contending that he was innocent and the agency arrested him without any evidence. The court after receiving the bail application asked both parties to come in the court for arguments by April 12. The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Misbah Khan has issued the orders.
