Farooqi says Punjab govt to be responsible if anything happens to him

GUJRANWALA: Anti-Terrorism Court No-1 Judge Imtiaz Ahmad on Saturday acquitted defunct Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan president Aurangzeb Farooqi in a hate speech case registered with Lalamusa police.
The police had registered a case against him five months ago. Meanwhile, talking to newsmen, Farooqi criticised the Punjab government for treating him badly. He said that his cases had been transferred to other districts for torturing him mentally. He said that the Punjab government would be responsible if anything happened to him.
