CHARSADDA: Two houses were partially damaged when militants fired two rockets at Shabqadar tehsil early Saturday, official sources said. The militants fired two rockets from an undisclosed location at 1:00 am. One of the rockets hit a boundary wall of the house of Haji Abdul Wahid located at a distance of 100 meters away from the building of the Khwajawas Police Station. The second rocket hit a room at the house of Zahid in Matta Mughalkhel village, which is situated some 200 meters away from the FC checkpost. However, it caused no casualty. “The targets of the militants were the police station and FC checkpost, but both the rockets missed the target and hit houses” a police official said.
