Fake sanitizer stuff seized

LAHORE:The district administration seized material to make fake sanitizer from a house on Friday.

The action was taken by City Assistant Commissioner Tabraiz Mari who, on a tip-off, raided the house and seized 1,200 litre ethanol, 10,000 empty capsules and other material from the spot. A case was registered against the house owner in respective police station.

Roads being washed with chlorine: The City administration continued washing the roads with chlorine on Friday. Washing of roads with chlorine was witnessed in various City localities. Besides washing the roads, the City administration also distributed face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer among the citizens. The deputy commissioner remained in field and visited different areas.

The City administration also established 17 sale points of flour so that shortage of flour could not occur. The sale points were set up at Begum Kot, Shahdara, Karim Park, Gulshan Ravi, Sabzazar, Wahdat Colony, Johar Town, China Scheme, Chung, Thokar Niaz Baig, Raiwind, Harbanspura, Sher Shah Colony, Manga Mandi, Green Town, Bhatta Chowk and Islampura.
