OKARA: A coronavirus suspect woman of Asadullahgarh, Basirpur was admitted to the isolation ward of the DHQ hospital.
Reportedly, Nasim Bibi was brought to the hospital with fever and cough and her samples were despatched to Lahore for testing.
Meanwhile, her all 10 family members are put in quarantine at Shergarh.
Reportedly, earlier two coronavirus suspects identified as Muhammad Abrarullah of Peshawar and Safia Bibi of Renala Khurd were admitted to the DHQ hospital and they were discharged when they tested negative.
Medical Superintendent (MS) Dr Muhammad Yasir said the hospital
has two ventilators and a requisition for 7 more ventilators had been forwarded to the Punjab government.
However, according to the district administration, 97 people who returned from abroad are under observation.
