Pakistan Day events cancelled

LAHORE:This year March 23 was a day marked by cancellation of events which were scheduled on this day to protect the people from Covid-19. All the events that took place every year to celebrate the Pakistan Day, including the Armed Forces Parade, fireworks at Minto Park and speech contests in schools were cancelled. Besides, there wasn’t any canal mela. The spring is without Jashn-e-Baharan, flower shows in Bagh-e-Jinnah and Racecourse Park, the annual dog show and Governor House visits were cancelled to protect people from Coronavirus.
