The will to fight
The coronavirus has highlighted certain weaknesses of the human race. It has also shown certain strengths. China has made extremely efficient efforts in the fight against this new threat. Their professionals worked to their limits, and beyond – but their leadership also showed what they were made of. This is an indication, that if allowed and encouraged, humans can fight off enemies, and take care of each other without consideration of nationality, colour and creed. Bravo humanity.
Europe is facing a truly difficult time, but hey, they are fighting. As long as the spirit to fight is there, as long as we are willing to deliver food and medicines to the sick, as long as we can respect our weak and our old and our dead, we are on the way to the betterment of the human race. The human race has not forgotten its will to fight on. We appreciate all those professionals, and leaders, who are helping the sick and the suffering, and protecting the healthy and the at-risk population, without consideration for colour or religion. We all may have our reservations about one aspect, or another, of the war against Covid-19; may be some will believe in the conspiracy theories, others will have some other reservations but one thing is for sure: this war has united the human race against its common enemies.
