DIR: The weeklong sports gala organised by the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University (SBBU) concluded here on Thursday.
Various games including cricket, football, volleyball, table-tennis, badminton, athletics and tug-of-war were the features of the event.
Prof Dr Gul Hassan, Chairman of the Agriculture Department, was the chief guest in the final ceremony of gala. He distributed prizes among the winners and vowed to continue such activities in future.
Sports in-charge Rabnawaz said that there is a lot of talent in this region but unfortunately we don’t have basic sports facilities.
Bakhtzada Danish, Director Students and Societies, appreciated the event and vowed to continue such activities in future.
