Miracle cures

I am a patient of diabetes and I know that there is no cure for this illness other than exercise and a healthy diet. But an advertisement in a newspaper claims complete cure of diabetes in one week. All you need to do is pay Rs2,500 for this ultimate medicine. Some TV channels are advertising magicians and saints who can solve all your problems.
Is there no agency to regulate such advertisements? The health ministry should monitor such witch doctors and prevent them from playing havoc with public health.
