Provincial Minister for Minorities Affairs and Human Rights Khalil Tahir Sandhu has said the Punjab government will provide quality education to youths and a huge amount has been allocated for it in the budget.
Talking to a delegation of minority students, the provincial minister said that educational scholarships were being provided to talented male and female students. He said that study tours of prestigious universities of foreign countries were also being arranged. Khalil Tahir Sandhu said that full opportunities of marching forward in every walk of life were being provided for achieving prominent place in the comity of nations.
He said that minorities had played an important role in the development and prosperity of Pakistan since its creation.
He said that Rs30m had been allocated for the deserving intelligent minority male and female students so that they could continue their education.
