GUJRANWALA: The Anti-Corruption Establishment has launched investigation against the female accounts officer of the Gujranwala Medical College for allegedly taking bribe from a citizen to allot him contract of cafeteria.
Reportedly, citizen Hafiz Amin Atif in his application to the ACE alleged that female accounts officer Sara Benjamin of Gujranwala Medical College had received bribe from him for allotment of contract of the college cafeteria. The applicant alleged that the accounts officer had also been drawing money in the names of six cafeteria employees showing them college staff. ACE Director Zohaib Mushtaq has ordered the ACE deputy director to launch an inquiry into the incident.
