Escaping justice
The brutal massacre of 150 students in APS Peshawar on December 2014 was the most heinous terrorist attack committed in Pakistan. The brutality and scale of this attack on innocent young children left scars on thousands of their kith and kin and the citizens of Pakistan, who wanted the perpetrators to be brought to justice. This was Pakistan’s 9/11.
Ehsanullah Ehsan was the spokesman of the terrorist group which claimed responsibility for the massacre
He was also involved in the shooting of Malala Yousufzai in 2012; in 2017 he surrendered to the authorities and was confined to prison. It is beyond my comprehension how this man managed to escape. If this was a security lapse, lots of heads need to roll. Criminals like him do not deserve any compassion. It appears we have failed to learn any lessons from our long and bloody battle against terrorism.
